These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Latitude Model Management, a New York limited liability company (“Latitude Model Management,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Website, including all submission forms, pages, features, and related communications (collectively, the “Website”).

By accessing the Website or submitting any information through it, including photographs, contact information, or other materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are submitting information on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the minor’s lawful parent or legal guardian and that you have full authority to agree to these Terms on the minor’s behalf, and you agree to be fully responsible for such minor’s compliance with these Terms.

2. User Submissions and License

By submitting photographs, videos, contact information, measurements, biographical details, social media handles, or any other materials (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights necessary to submit such materials;

The materials do not violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

Submissions are non-confidential, and Latitude Model Management is under no obligation to maintain, return, archive, or act upon submitted materials. Your submission information may be passed along to our related affiliates or partners.

Submission of materials does not create any employment, agency, management, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between you and Latitude Model Management.

3. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information through the Website, you expressly consent to receive communications from Latitude Model Management, including text messages (SMS and MMS), telephone calls, and emails regarding your submission or related matters.

You understand that:

Message and data rates may apply;

Message frequency may vary;

You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly.

You represent that you are the authorized user or subscriber of any phone number provided and agree to indemnify and hold Latitude Model Management harmless from any claims arising out of your provision of a number that you do not have authority to use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;

Impersonate another individual;

Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or inappropriate materials;

Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the Website;

Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to access or extract data.

Latitude Model Management reserves the right to remove submissions, restrict access, or terminate access at its sole discretion without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

9. Arbitration
